Love to cook and drink Italian wine? As we celebrate Spring and Asparagus season, we were inspired for Chef Dawn to create a three course menu with Asparagus in each recipe for Saturday, June 7th. If you have been to our cooking events, you know the food is always fabulous and pairs well with the wines for a fun and educational experience. You will receive the recipes and can purchase the ingredients in the shop to recreate this great meal. Seating is limited in the 2 sessions. This session is for the 2:00 PM class.
As Chef Dawn shows you how to prepare the 3 courses, Bobbi will introduce the paired wines. Hope to see you for this event in our Trattoria Simpatico at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
